Ramadan Kareem 2026: Bringing Food to Struggling Families in Malaysia

About a month ago, Headway held Ramadan Kareem 2026 – a trading challenge made to celebrate the holy month while giving real support to those in need. One of the three charity foundations we partnered with was Yayasan Ikram Malaysia. This organization helps underprivileged families, orphans, and victims of disasters. 

Beyond the trades 

Throughout Ramadan, we ran daily contests with real prizes, but the true victory wasn't on any leaderboard. For every lot our community traded, Headway contributed $1 to Yayasan Darul Aitam (Indonesia), NIMA Cares (Ghana), and Yayasan Ikram (Malaysia). 

Together, we raised $16,262.21 for these life-changing causes. 

Making a difference in Malaysia 

Yayasan Ikram works tirelessly to support struggling households across the country. These families face real daily challenges, and they deserve a helping hand, a warm meal, and a reason to keep going. 

Thanks to your generosity, we delivered food packs to 40 families in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Each pack contained rice, cooking oil, biscuits, sardines, soy sauce, sugar, chili sauce, eggs, flour, and other essentials. Simple groceries – but for a family with almost nothing, they bring comfort and hope.
